We do not accept applications for seniors. 

 

Graduation Plus College Access & Success Services’ (Grad Plus) mission is to assist students and young adults on their path to and through college. Students receive support from middle school through college graduation. Graduation Plus provides students with academic support services, tutoring, ACT Prep, college tours, college scholarships, career readiness & exploration training, academic advising, financial literacy training, assistance with college applications, leadership lessons and personal development.

SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Are currently in 9th - 11th grade
  • Are interested in going to college
  • Have a 2.5 cumulative GPA or above
  • Priority consideration is given to students eligible for free/reduced lunch per federal guidelines
  • Priority consideration given to first-generation college students (biological parents/guardians have not earned a bachelor’s degree)
  • 9th grade applicants should not submit until they have their First semester report card in January.

Each question should be answered, at a minimum, in one paragraph (5-7 sentences).


Reflect on your current cumulative grade point average. Tell us about it and why your GPA is what it is?

Program Involvement



Consent/Release of Information

I hereby give permission to release my midterm grades, semester grades, transcripts, enrollment/attendance status, tutoring attendance/participation, graduation status, and other standardized test scores to Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee Graduation Plus College Access & Success Services upon request to stay compliant with the program requirements. We also give the program consent to use my child’s photos, likeness, and success stories for marketing, media, etc.
